If you get it from Verizon

If you get the Verizon Omnia then yes! It is mandatory that you purchase the data plan with the omnia. If you purchase an unlocked Omnia then you might be able to get away with not having to purchase the data plan. Personally after getting the data plan I dont know what I would have done with out the data plan. The data plan opens up a full list of functions that you would not have if it was only a wifi connecting phone. Get the data plan. I have it and love my omnia for it.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
