Question

Data Management System

Feb 18, 2016 6:52AM PST

Hi Friends,

We are looking Data Management Systems for our office.Users can store the data in one place and they can access easily.

We are looking the below mentioned features.

1. Data Access from anywhere (from web browser)
2. Offline Sync facility
3. Security (Server in our office premises)
4. Checkin and Checkout

Currently we are using Dropbox. But it is in cloud system. Hence for security reasons we are looking solution in our office premises. Can anyone please suggest something.

So you have a web server in your office premises that's so well secured against hackers and DDOS attacks that it's safer than Dropbox? Then you must have a very competent IT-staff. Don't they know such a system?
