Data code problem pleeeeeeese heeeelp......

Hello to every brilient mind in this forum.
I own a Sony DCR-PC5E(PAL) CAMCORDER & new computer with a DVD-RW.I'm interested in a way to transform digitaly my miniDV tapes to my computer w i t h the DATA CODE (date & time)info. file & then to burn it as a DVD-R with the data code file as subtitels so like in my camera i'll be abel to display the real date & time of the film with my DVD player using the subtitel knob on the DVD remote.
Pls. HELP me to solve my problem since i've tried many things alredy that did't work.
