The sooner after purchase you report this the faster the repair. If you keep it for months the chances are less. If it just was unpacked, pack it up and take it back as DOA.
My Samsung smart TV has a dark spot at the top left hand side. It is almost like a fingerprint, but not really. It appears that the area is "dead" of color. Is there any way to determine if the pixels have died or something can be corrected? Please advise.
