mrobjo,

Are the dark shadows appearing only while watching TV, or on other devices as well?

I believe the warranty coverage is typically one year, but that information should be in the owner's manual, and can also be confirmed with Samsung's Customer Service center in your region.

Hi thanks for the prompt reply, have just tried the ps3 and the shadows are still visible,my tv is out of warranty if its only 1 year.
Is this the sort of problem that will worsen over time,i take it there is nothing i can do to improve this, have tweaked the settings, but this did not help.
I can only guess the only fix would be to get tv repaired, but this would probably be very costly.thanks

Meet the drop-resistant Moto Z2 Force

The Moto Z2 Force is really thin, with a fast processor and great battery life. It can survive drops without shattering.
