I don't know what type of photography you do, how much you plan to spend on lens and accessories, whether you're hands are more comfortable with one over the other, how serious you are with photography, etc.

I would go with the D90. It is a fine, fine camera and you can spend the money on a nice lens or two

Sorry - I hit post before I was done.

The D90 has better low light performance and has video(if you think you might use this)

D200 is cheaper though

The D200 is almost half the price of the D90 so the money saved is not there.

go for new D90. D200 still use older CCD technology, unlike D90's newer CMOS sensor. The low light performance is poorer than new D90. For any DSLR camera, the newer model is, the better camera is.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
