D-Link Broadband Router - Limewire Softwire - imusicsearch.c

I tried to install software from imusicsearch.com to enable me to dowload music but they wanted me to disable my firewall (D-Link Broadband Router), and anti-virus software (AVG). Is this really a good idea or am I taking a huge risk? They say to re install once I have completed the download and istallation. Help please...
