hi everybody ! I have a problem with my digital camera. when i turn it on it just opens the screen in pink i can't do anything. i'm not able even to turn it off. i just quit the battery. i don't know whats the problem. it worked fine before and now is this problem Sad please help me.

You did not tell us the model number of the camera.

Have you tried a new battery?

Can you see any menu or any photo that was taken previously?

The model number is DSC-TX1. No it doesn't open any menu or photo. I haven't tried any new battery. you think thats the problem?

There is little that you can do with a camera that can't display anything.

Remove the memory card and let the camera work with the internal memory.
There have been cases where a memory card is shorted.

If that does not help, you only have one thing left that you can do.
Replace the battery.

If that does not fix the problem, I suggest you call Sony Service.
They may know of some way to reset the camera when the LCD is not working.
