Question

Cyberlink "Muxer" Error

Jun 15, 2013 1:37PM PDT

I'm using Cyberlink Power 2Go 8 to burn a DVD and right before it's complete, I get this error message:

"That causes Muxer can't keep muxing". I found out that "muxing" means "multiplexing" but in any event, I'm wasting DVD's here.

I haven't re-installed the software yet in the hopes that there's an easier solution.

I'm running Windows 7 with a 1TB HD and 16GB memory.

Thanks

Answer
Now you know what multiplexing is but...

does the error message make any sense to you at all...pertaining to what you are doing? Maybe you should get some supports from Cyberlink. Personally I have no idea of what it is all about (have never heard of such thing). I am curious; let us know the outcome.

May have to re-install
Jun 16, 2013 1:12AM PDT

I found that I had two versions of Power2Go on the computer. Version 6 and Version 8. I removed version 6 but now I get a different error message. I think I'll uninstall everything and re-install it. What I really hate the most is wasting perfectly good discs.
