This a good deal for about $1200? Good Config? I like it because the processor. I'm not an expert though so I would appreciate some input. Thanks.

Fancy CPU and some not so fancy hardware lol. Has good potential with the SLI board. Hey it will work. I went to ibuypower.com and tried to configure the cheapest system with the AMD X2, came out to be over $1,500. So it looks like you found a deal.
