Cyber Power doesn't care about you

I just tried getting a Gamer Explorer X64 9700 from them. I was informed via email that it would take 6 weeks just for them to put it together. This is an incredible amount of time in itself; MSI manufactures these faster than that. I told them that I would need to think about it, and they responded immediately by cancelling my order. What a bunch of jerks.

I think they let those "awards" get to their heads. I guess they make so much money now that they don't care if they miss a few sales by treating potential customers poorly.

They were very rude to me on the phone. They treated me like I was stupid. I know my stuff about computers and they didn't believe a word I said. They won't refud or replce my order. They only can "repair" it. I have already sent it back once to be repared and it didn't do a thing.
