Question

Cutting out an object in illustrator

Mar 27, 2012 3:39AM PDT

Hi i need some help with this.

Basically ive used the anchor points to select the image. Added a clipping mask in order to only select that image. Then to remove the surrounded left over image I rasterized it.

the problem here is once i did that im left with an pixilated edge on the image.

is there anyway of avoiding this problem? as i need the image to be completely clean cut

any help much appreciated
