Customize Send To Mail Recipient

Hi,

I'm writing a shell Extension for a certain file type say .xyz. If I right click mouse button on a .xyz file and choose Send To Mail recipient, is it possible for me to display a download location of the viewer for this file in the body automatically or can i call some other component that does the needful?
