Customize (Optimize) Google Add-On: Iron Browser
My OS is Win XP, Serv. Pk. 3,running on a dell Dimension 3000 PC. I use Iron Browser which is identical to Chrome and is also totally private. I used to use a Firefox add-on named variously "Customize Chrome," or "Optimize Chrome." I want to use Greasemonkey or user scripts to achieve this result:* Add links to competitors * Rewrite links to point straight to the images in Google Images * Secure Gmail and Google Calendar, switch to https * Block Google Analytics cookies * Anonymize your Google user id * Add a result counter in search result * Remove click tracking.*No,please,do not send me to Firefox,they do not develop Customize//Optimize Google, its kaput. Is there a way to get that result? ADVISE. Best!

Sorry Mark,I observed subsequently that it was Chrome OS,not Chrome Browser. My bad. However,i also thought,maybe a sage had the answer.
Apologies.

Customize/Optimize Google:
Oct 27, 2011 3:37AM PDT

In sum,the answer is yes,there is a Google forum with a few subscribers. Basically bump on a log phenomenon. I have done my homework,I use a Google Alerts,and I use an alternative,non-google search engine (Mamasearch--a web crawler), etc. I approached Iron. There is not a huge popularity for a workaround or financial revival.
Facts: (1) Google is an immense behemoth,so working around them is a caution!;
(2) development of Customize/Optimize Google has ceased for lack of finances (maybe the behemoth is involved--you decide).;
(3) What I Request Is A Workaround. Advise On A Workaround,Please.
Many thanks.
