customizable cell phones

wouldn't you like to have a cellphone with programs an a.p.i's that fit the user instead of a whole bunch of stuff you don't need on your phone??? Is there anyone out there that feels the same??? lets talk about the future of cell phonezzz

Well thatz a given!!! I need someone that can write me a operating system for a cellphone. Im against windows. I would like to have a customizable O.S. one that runs better than windows!!! wouldn't you? I know it sounds far fetched. But I would like to revolutionize the cell phone industry!!!!

That's not cheep. Look at the google boys and millions later, still not done. Best bet may be to get a job on that team?

it cant be that hard. maybe I could take something that already exits an put a twist or add somthing to it, so no copy write laws are broken.. maybe is that possible???

There is a free OS to start with.

It's called Linux. Download it and adapt it to your needs. One caveat: because it's 'open source', you've got to publish your work and can't ask money for it. But sure it's a nice hobby.

Your primary competitors: Microsoft, Symbian, Apple, RIM, Palm and several companies with Linux-based stuff.

well then how does all them companies sell there product when there product is linux based too??? please help,im trying to bring somthing new to the table. im trying to offer something no one else has... if there is a such a thing, at least make it affordable. VERY BIG SHOES TO FILL, I KNOW!!!! So i need all the help i can get!!!! thanxxx very much apreciated!!!!
