Customer service for Microwave

by astronaut57 / August 24, 2017 4:46 PM PDT

I have been jerked around by samsungs customer service for my microwave for 2 months. I dont know what to do. I purchased an extended warranty from samsung and about 2 months ago the microwave started to turn on by itself, fan, lights , controls stopped working etc. Call customer service and after about 3 weeks of calls they responded that they couldnt fix it and offered a refund of ~$421.00 which i accepted. They said I would receive an e mail in 2 to 3 days. I have called every other day for going on 6-7 weeks and keep getting a different story every time. I cant seem to get a supervisor on the phone. I spend hours- really hours- on hold and I dont know what to do anymore. ready to go to one of my local news stations. Anyone have any ideas

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
