Question

Customer callback software

I need help finding software that will allow me to enter a customer's name, phone number, and/or e-mail address and schedule a next day, 2 week, and 6 month callback after the sales all with a single click.

I'd like it to populate my calendar with all these appointments and set reminders for me to make these calls.

So far I haven't found anything that does exactly this. Any advice?

If this isn't a function of your CRM software (you forgot to tell what CRM software you use) add it yourself or have it done. Surely there are a lot of Salesforce programmers who can do it (if you happen to use Salesforce).

I currently don't have a CRM program. I know Salesforce is the big one but since I only want it to do this specific function I don't know if that justifies the cost.

If I knew enough coding I'd love to program a little script for myself.

I wouldn't call it a script. I'd call it a small database application. Preferably integrated with MS Outlook or whatever calender system you use.

Comarch CRM

Have you maybe tried Comarch CRM system? It's suitable for different kinds of companies because of its simplicity and automation and it improves business processes as well. You can develop a software program in any programming language, such as ASP and Java etc. Give your requirements, IT people can definitely deliver a software application as per your need.
