Custom built PC problems, need help with diagnosing issues.

Hi I recently started building my own gaming pc and am having trouble. It will not go into BIOS after I have installed everything. All the lights and fans go on, I can turn it on with the motherboards power switch, and the heat sink and graphics card's fans all power up.

Here are the specs:
Mother Board: MSI Computer Corp. Z87 MPOWER MAX AC Motherboards

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790 Processor - BX80646I74790

Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB GDDR5 256bit, Dual-Link DVI-I, DVI-D, HDMI,DP, SLI Ready Graphics Card (02G-P4-2765-KR) Graphic

Power supply: Corsiar CX600 M

Ram: Crucial Ballistix Elite 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR3 1866 MT/s (PC3-14900) CL9 @1.5V UDIMM w/XMP/TS 240-Pin BLE2CP8G3D1869DE1TX0

take out the graphic card and use the one that's built-in with the i7 cpu. and see what happen.
