Question

Cursor moving as if I'm hitting the spacebar nonstop

Mar 22, 2018 5:04AM PDT

While working on the internet this morning, the cursor started behaving weirdly AND what ever website I was on, the page automatically scrolled to the bottom of the page. If I opened a program such as Microsoft Word, then it opens, but the cursor moves continuously as if I'm pressing the spacebar all the time.
The only way to correct this, was if I restarted my laptop. It then works fine, but the problems will start after a few minutes again.
I've run virus checks as well, but everything seems fine. Has somebody had this problem before? Please help me

But could be the touchpad on it. Reinstall the touchpad driver files from the manufacturer while in Safe Mode boot if you can. Maybe that will make it stop. If you run W10, it may be that windows updated the driver files with the wrong ones.

I always disable the touchpad and install a mouse.
