Question

Cursor moves when typing

I have read many of the posts and none seem to help. I have disabled all of the mouse functions in Mouse Properties or Settings and nothing seems to work.

I have changed the mouse 3 times. I have updated my software.

I do notice that the screen does a quick blink before the cursor moves off the field I am working on.
