Cursor jumping under LED lightbulbs...

I just switched to LED lightbulbs, specifically 3000K warm bulbs. I had been using fluorescent and did not experience this. Also when using the cool bulbs, 5000K, I did not notice the problem much. Has anyone else noticed this? What can be done?

I am running an Asus A55A laptop with Windows 7, svc pk 1,
