I feel very stupid, but the problem was my controller lol. My headset was on top of one of the dpads so as soon as steam launched in the background, it enabled the controller and took control of my cursor. My bad!
So, when I turn on my computer my mouse works fine, but after a few minutes pass, it gets stuck on the right side of my monitor all the way to the edge so you can barely see it. I can still move it, but it darts back so quickly that I can't do anything. The strange thing is that when i open up the task manager it works fine again until I close it. I've only tested it with the task manager so I'm not sure what else it might work with, but it's definitely not the physical mouse that's the problem. It was working fine last night and I have no clue whats going on. I don't think I have a virus because I haven't downloaded anything since it was working last. I also saw some things online about corrupted drivers but as I've mentioned it's very hard to navigate on my PC when the mouse is stuck so any suggestions are helpful.
