CTRL launches browser homepage ?!?!?!

Oct 17, 2009 5:48PM PDT

I have winxp sp3, legal version, automatic updates.

Keyboard(info from driver tab): Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft natural PS/2 Keyboard

From few days ago, whenever I press CTRL inside a Windows Explorer(e.g. My Computer) , my default browser launches my homepage. Or when I am in Chrome/IE, it goes to my homepage.

The problem does NOT exist when I use another keyboard.

I tried reinstalling drivers, no results.

I changed/removed registry key which is for "WebHome" HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AppKey\7
No results.

Any ideas?
