Ctrl+Alt+Delete

I used this before and I must have clicked something by accident. Now, whenever the task manager comes up, the bar that is meant to have the minimize or close button is not there. This is frustrating, because I have to depend on the icon in the task bar tray. But this time it hasn't so now I can't close it, and it's not as if I could open another one and close it!

Does anyone know how to get the window title back? I don't want to try anything in case it REALLY mucks it up.
