We have MSCRM and GWI helpdesk at our company. Presently my group uses MSCRM and are debating going to MSCRM 3.0. Helpdesk group uses GWI which I think would be a better fit for my dept. Has anyone done a side by side of these 2 apps or do you have any docs you used in a RFP, etc. for features, speeds, feeds, etc.?
Any help or docs would be appreciated so that I don't have to invent a new wheel.
