I have accidentaly reformatted my player and have lost the ability to reload the device firmware update from my pc, I have downloaded all of the recommended files from Creative support and tried all of the help centers suggestions, it doesn't matter what I do I cannot get my PC to recognise my Zen player,I have tried reloading the original software from the CD, but still get the message "device not connected" I have tried Zens connection wizard but with the same result. Have I lost the use of my Zen Micro forever ?? I hope there is sombody out there who has more brains than this old wrinkly. My PC is a Dell Dimension 8003 Desktop, windows 7 pro, 350 gig h/d 3 gig mem. Thanks.
