Creative Zen

I have a Creative Zen 8GB MP3 and video player and I was wondering how I can delete all of the old files and start fresh. Any help would be great.

how to delete files from Zen

You can hook the Zen to your pc with the USB cable. Then, look in Windows Explorer and navigate to the Zen. You will see subfolders for Music, Video and Pictures. Just select the files you don't want anymore and delete them. Don't delete the folders, just the files within the folders.
