Yesterday Creative filed patent complaints against Apple in federal court and with a United States trade agency. "Creative also said it had filed a lawsuit against Apple in the district court for the Northern District of California, alleging violation of the company's "Zen" patent."
There was not comment from Apple in the Reuters article But it said, "Creative has been threatening action against Apple since shortly after it received the patent."
What does this mean for those of who use any of the Zen devices? Or the iPod? Probably nothing. But wouldn't it be nice if they decided to do something like allow the Zen devices to be used with iTunes?
Steve Jobs will probably just have to write Sim Wong Hoo a check.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
