Creative Labs Jukebox PlayCenter help!

Dec 29, 2004 7:29PM PST

Hey there, I apologize in advance if this topic has appeared before, but I really need some help.
I have a Creative Nomad Jukebox 6GB Mp3 Player that I havent used in awhile. I recently purchased a new usb cable and power cable for it and it boots fine. However, I've been scouring the net for the PlayCenter program to manage files on my mp3 player. Best I can find is updates, but I have not found the program itself. It anyone can get me any information on it I would be forever grateful. If there is an alternative program, i'm open to downloading that aswell.
Thank you for your time.

If it came with the unit, you will have to located the CD. Did you register your player? You might be able to get another copy from the manufacturer if you have proof of purchase. Otherwise, it looks like you might have to buy the software again.

all i have left is the unit itself and half of the powercord(the unit half, not the wall half). as far as i can tell window smedia player seems to be somewhat compatable with it, because when i connect it, it asks if i want to open WMP and i can upload music to it, but not take music off :/. does anyone know where i could ask for another disc, or purchase the software seperate from the player?

it looks to me like all you have to do is register such as you do here to participate. Perhaps someone in their forum could help you or might even have what you are looking for. I didn't look for your product except to see if it is still sold through by them but the message boards that are showing DO have activity today so it is an active board.
