well here's what I know about them.... they are based in Singapore... and they are more popular in asia, especially southeast asia. Also they specialize in sound cards for PCs, and speakers systems etc. and that's what they are famous for. That's also why their players are known for such good audio quality.

I think their mp3 players used to generate more profit for them back in the days of the Nomad and the original Muvo etc. (basically the time before the iPod became popular).
