Creative Jukebox Zen Xtra software problem..

Nov 4, 2005 12:04PM PST

I thought I would buy a recondition 40gb MP3 player from ebay and play around with the unit and see what the Creative people have to offer. (this is before I consider the new ipod video player)
I all the years of using Microsoft Windows OS and all the software written for it. I have never had a warning appear during the loading of new software say "this software has not passed Microsoft ..." something.
Ever since I loaded there Zen Xtra software (by the way the player did not come with the software, I had to buy it from Creative for $8.95) my computer does not seem to run well, boggs down, stops for a few minutes, crashes.
With Creative such a big outfit with lots of different MP3 players you would think there software would be ok. Anyone else had this problem.
