Creative Jukebox 2

Hiya

I've had a second hand creative Jukebox 2 for almost a year now, and apart from some initial problems at the beginning, its been running pretty smoothly.

But the other day I was loading up music, when it randomly decided my player wasn't plugged in halfway through. Windows can see it is plugged in, but Nomad Explorer cannot. I searched for an updated version, but couldn't find one, and so turned to an alternative product, Notmad Explorer. This also could not see my player.
