creative audio PCI (es1371, es1373 WDM) soundcard

Please let me know what the three 3mm audio plugins (green, black, red) are for. I know that the green is speaker output, but what are black and red plugins for?? Can any of these be used for audio input to create new .wav files??

The answer is yes. I decline to duplicate easy to find web content about creating wav files with AUDACITY.
