Creating hidden files/folders on a Samsung phone.

by Sikkinixx69 / April 5, 2018 3:45 AM PDT

Is it possible to hide files or create a hidden folder on a J7 Pro apart from using the secure folder? Or perhaps even installing secure folder onto a removable device?
I want to transfer a heap of sensitive work stuff from my internal storage to an SD card but obviously don't want it showing up in the gallery or thru My Files.
Any help would be appreciated

I can't find a documented supported method for this.

Third party will help

I too can't able to find documentation. But some third party App will help. Otherwise try change your file extension. For example, if you want to hide your ".jpg" file try changing that to ".jpggf" So that file won't show in gallery. If you want to recover change back to ".jpg"

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
