Resolved Question

Creating folders for e-books on my iPad

I've put all my e-books on to my iPad but now I would like to know if I can put these books into folders. I have a number of series and I would like to group them together. As it is there seems to be no organization of the books on the shelf and I would like to rectify this.

Take a look at the FREE iPad User Guide

that is available from the iBook store.
Download it and take a look at page 295 which details the way to create a collection and how to put your books into that collection.
