What is the easiest way to create folders in Windows Explorer.

Highlight where you want the folder to be located

In reply to: Creating folders

(for example highlight the C drive), go to file, new, folder and click. A new folder icon appears, type in the name you want and press the enter key. I create folders for almost everything and I name them for what is inside. It help me find things later and keeps me organized.

Right click on the folder

select properties then customize. There you have the options of choosing a picture or changing the icon.
