Creating Data Validation in Excel 2007

Hey. I'm doing my AS level coursework and I'm trying to implement some validation into the cells.

I'm creating a form which requires a user to enter a credit card number. Therefore, I want to have validation that ensures that only numbers are used and that there are also 15 to 19 of them.

I've worked out how to set the validation to one or the other, but ideally I'd like both.

Any help?

validating the one or the other. Then maybe someone can give a hint about combining them.
