1. Get the drive fixed.
2. Google your question.
3. Google a different question such as "ISO to USB Flash Drive."
Best of luck!

I am trying to replace the 32-bit Vista OS on my Toshiba laptop
with a 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate, however my DVD drive is broken.
I tried to install the disc using my external DVD drive, but the bios does not recognize the drive. I know I cannot upgrade from a 32-bit to a 64-bit so I must do a fresh install. I have the copy of windows saved as an ISO file but I do not know how to copy it to my flash drive and make it bootable. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
