Create e-acct myname@firmname.com to send / receive Outlook

Feb 22, 2006 2:26AM PST

Just started a new company, and am trying to create email accounts for myself and my employees. Would like a myname@firmname.com format and would like to be able to send and receive e-mails from this account through Outlook 2003.

I have no idea how to start, and would require simple step by step instructions.
Thanks for whomever can help.

No steps.

You have far too many steps for me to type it all here, but the FIRST step is to secure the firmname.com DOMAIN. You find a "host provider" and they will setup the email server and away you go. There are no best companies so I won't answer that one. There are many fine providers so shop around.
