If you want assistance, you?re going to need to provide a lot more info. Example, we need to know what type of computer you have, make, model, operating system, ram, etc. Second, are you getting any error messages? Does this happen while your doing something, playing a game, looking at movies, downloading music. Did this happen right after you downloaded something or installed something? Do you have and have you run any ?anti-virus & anti-spy ware? stuff. Do you have a 'firewall'? We need more details. Post back and maybe someone can give a hand.
