crash.dmp

So I just bought the first women's murder club game, and I have installed it and the first window pops up when I attemt to run the game. Then when I click on play, I get an error msg:
Critical error. File "crash.dmp" has been saved to "C:\Documents and settings\lovely\application data\flood light games/WMC/"

I have run every possible update I can find, I can NOT find any files in the folder and I would love to play my newly purchased games.

I have a new HP mini notebook. It runs Windows XP home edition version 2002; Intel Atom; CPU N450 @ 1.66 GHz; 997 MHz. .98GB of RAM

I also bought YooStar Fashion Salon which does not show an error msg but will also not work after instalation.

The things you can do:
1. Contact the makers tech support dept.
2. Return the games to the shop and ask your money back because they don't work with you (and even the makers tech support can't solve it).
3. See if it works after a clean install of your OS. That's likely if it's a software issue, but just as well it's your hardware (like graphic card) that isn't up to the task.
