crash

im using kapersky and malwarebytes and i have put both of them to scan the laptop but they havent found anything

is the Event Viewer, (Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer), to see what happens next time during these 10 minutes under Windows Logs for both Applications and System.

Any errors in the logs at the beginning of this 10 minute period, and during the 10 minutes?

well in deed it had a lot of errors but i have no idea what they are.i have print screen it if u want.

For now, just a couple of examples.

What we need are;

General message at the top of the event window, eg "The device, \Device\IDE\iaStor0, did not respond within the timeout period"

Then -

Log name: (either Application or System)

Source: (what has caused this event)

Event ID:

Give is a couple of those to see if we can pinpoint anything.

I was really hoping for the 'words' as well.

"Faulting application AI.Mon.exe version 3.31.87.216, time stamp 0x4aa0f806, faulting module RPCRT4.dll........" etc.

What do those words, (the general description), say for these entries?
