crackling/static noise with note 5

My note 5 started restarting itself, turning off and had these crackling and static-ish sounds for a while and I sent it to Samsung for diagnosis and repair. They changed the main board and some parts (im guessing the speaker), but the crackling and weird noise came back after a month so I brought it in again. They gave me replacement phone because they couldn't find out what was wrong with it. I thought it was the third party music apps that keep making these random crackling and static sound. But the original stock facebook app videos also make that sound. On top of that, phone calls also have that static and crackling noise. Does anyone have any idea what or why this is?
