You made no mention of overclocking, overvolting so that means it's a hardware failure. This could be the CPU or the motherboard. It looks like this CPU is from 2012 so if old, replace it. If new, RMA it. If the new CPU overheats, change the motherboard.
My CPU has been over heating every time I play a game! I have put new thermal paste on it, I have gone in the BIOS and put my fan speeds to max. This is my info

On speed fan it shows all my fans. BTW I see my fans going in my computer idk why its not detecting them. Shows all fans at 0 RPM. Except for two, my GPU Fan at 1379RPM and my CPU fan at 5192 RPM and it still over heating my CPU and getting to 80 degrees and shutting down my computer, I don't know why! Please help if you can.
