But what do you mean, free C++ compilers and interpreters, or free programs running C++?

Odd.

But ok. A free complete cpp or c++ program could be Firefox (it's programmed in c++). I thought you meant you wanted a compiler, but apparently not.

There are bazillions of programs that were written in c++ but again I wonder if what you asked for is really what you wanted.

not sure

I'm not really sure if i said the right term because I'm a newbie. In school, we are using a program, I guess it's visual basic C++. The one that has primitive data type, matrices, compile, etc. So im just wondering if there is a free program that looks like that so that I can practice finish some program at home.

The issue here is that I can't tell what you are asking for.

You've asked for a c++ program, now a visual basic c++ program (something I've never seen). If you could determine if you need a visual basic compiler (and if you do, it's not free), or a c++ compiler (many free ones out there) then someone can help. But you've never asked for such.

Love to offer something, but unless you know what you want.

I'll ask my instructor the program that we are using and I'll reply or post.
