Zonealarm must be configured to allow programs to access Internet, such as browsers and mail programs!
Also, when SP2 is installed, it is best not to have any AV installed at time of update...install later!
After the installation and reboot of the pc, I couldn't access the above two browsers. My internet connection was on and working. After about an hour of frustration, I turned off AVG and Zone Alarm and then was able to access both. I then turned both back on and all is well. Just thought I'd pass that on in case anyone else experiences the same problem. Karen.
