Question

could not activate cellular data network issue

Ok I've got a new iphone 4 with a brand new sim, I've tried resetting all settings and resetting network settings but that didn't work. I've tried a sim swap in the past with no luck. I've tried all these suggestions and it still says that I'm not subscribed to a cellular data service. Any solutions?
