Costco Notebook

Jul 18, 2006 4:56AM PDT

There is a deal at Costco which requires a coupon (once a year coupon book thing...)for a laptop that I think is a really good deal...let me know what you guys think! The coupon starts Jul 31 and ends Aug 6.

HP DV5000 series

-Intel core duo processor (speed unknown)
-120GB HDD
-2GB RAM
-WXGA+ widescreen (15.4 in)
-Windows Media Center ED
-Remote control

...I think that's all the coupon says...

THANKS!

I think that will just depend on what you are planning on using the laptop for.

You could go out to Hp's website and build the system they are advertising and see what the price comparison is.

I have noticed that Costco usually has fairly good prices on them.

Good luck!

Is there any way I could use this coupon on the Costco website. As it is, they have some fairly good deals right now, but the one you mentioned seems to good to pass up.

Do you have the link to this computer by chance? I tried to find it on the Costco website but failed. Also, where do you get the coupon?

Benifits to buying at Costco
Jul 18, 2006 10:56PM PDT

I have entertained the idea of buying a Dell desktop at Costco, not just for the great price, but the 6 month, no questions asked return policy. That beat the heck out of Dell's! I don't know if that applies to laptops but you might call them to double check.
