It seems time to reset Windows back to start conditions.

Alright...so I had a nasty malware/adware/riskware infection a couple of days ago. It took a lot but I think I've finally gotten rid of it all with Malwarebytes, HitmanPro and Adwcleaner. However, now I've noticed that Cortana, Edge, and Windows Store will not function. Edge is suddenly displaying the message that it can't be opened with a built in administrator account, Windows Store, when clicked, will briefly appear before closing, and Cortana is simply displaying "Go ahead and tell me to do something. Interests aren't available at the moment." None of this was happening before the infection, EXCEPT for the fact that I couldn't open Edge. I have never been able to open Edge, as it would pop up for a split second and then disappear. I've never cared much, as I use Chrome, but now other things have begun malfunctioning, as well as Edge showing this new message, and I'm suspicious that the infection was the cause. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I've already done "scannow" with the command prompt, I get the "found some corrupted files, some could not be fixed" message, and it doesn't do anything. Can anyone help me out?
