Your post is void of any quoted "error message" plus what circumstances the error occurs.

As well as ignoring this TIP that's above each post:
"If you are asking for help to troubleshoot a computer-related problem, please be sure to include all the necessary information (ie: operating system, model number, hardware, software, etc) that will help others identify your problem for a speedy resolution."

Tell a lot more so others can offer great advice.

My advice is this -> We only lose what we didn't backup. Ask yourself if you can do without what's on that hard disk?

if it is files only that is corrupted, and not bad sectors on ur drive, backup and reformat and reload OS,
if u think its the harddrive and not the files tryto backup and replace drive.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
